Welcome to Roam Wild. By working with us, you agree to the following terms, which ensure a smooth and professional collaboration.

1. Services & Scope

Roam Wild provides film, video, and photography services specializing in conservation-focused storytelling. Each project scope will be defined in a separate agreement, detailing deliverables, timelines, and fees. Any additional services requested beyond the original scope may require a separate agreement or additional fees.

2. Environmental & Ethical Considerations

We prioritize ethical and responsible filming practices. All fieldwork and documentation efforts must comply with applicable conservation laws, wildlife protection regulations, and Leave No Trace principles. Clients are responsible for securing necessary permits, land access permissions, and ensuring compliance with local environmental policies.

3. Payment & Fees

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure project scheduling, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project. Late payments may incur additional fees. Payment details and terms will be outlined in the project contract.

4. Ownership & Usage Rights

Roam Wild retains the copyright to all original footage and photography unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients receive a license to use the final deliverables for agreed-upon purposes. Any additional usage outside of the contract terms may require further licensing or fees.

5. Revisions & Approvals

Clients will receive an initial draft of video or photo projects for review. Two rounds of minor revisions are included, with additional changes subject to extra fees. Final approvals must be provided in writing before delivery.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If a project is canceled by the client after production has begun, the client is responsible for all costs incurred up to the cancellation date. Weather-related or unforeseen field conditions may require rescheduling; Roam Wild will work with the client to adjust timelines accordingly.

7. Liability & Risk

Filming in remote and rugged locations comes with inherent risks. Roam Wild takes every precaution to ensure safety but is not liable for unforeseen incidents, environmental hazards, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Clients are responsible for any additional insurance coverage needed for production.

8. Confidentiality

All pre-release footage, drafts, and sensitive project details will remain confidential until the final deliverables are approved and published, unless otherwise agreed upon.

9. Marketing & Portfolio Use

Roam Wild reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, website, and promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country]. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation before legal action is pursued.
